I’m Jenevieve Byrd — and my work is simple: to make agency operations the strategy, not the afterthought.
I’ve spent my career inside high-stakes projects for brands like IMAX, Disney Games, and Fabletics, and in the trenches with agencies where deadlines slip, margins erode, and leaders are stretched too thin. The common thread? When ops works, everything works. When it doesn’t, even the best ideas collapse.
